Hello everyone; We are curently assessing the feasabilities of various hydro projects in India, in order to produce (much needed) electricity. Therefore, I am looking for historical (over 20 years or more) records of rain falls, and discharge of rivers in the Himalayas.
Does anyone know of some worldwide agency that might keep track of such data?
